1. आमच्या सेवा

   VedicKendra खालील सेवा देते:

   • घरी, त्र्यंबकेश्वर, काशी व इतर तीर्थक्षेत्री शास्त्रोक्त पूजा, अनुष्ठान व संस्कार — गुरुजींद्वारे किंवा त्यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली
   • शुद्ध पूजा साहित्याची विक्री व घरपोच डिलिव्हरी
   • जन्मकुंडली व ज्योतिष रिपोर्ट (PDF स्वरूपात)
   • वेद पाठशाळेचे ऑनलाइन वर्ग (प्रवेशासाठी चौकशी)

   देवस्थानचे व्ही.आय.पी. दर्शन किंवा दर्शन पास या सेवांमध्ये समाविष्ट नाहीत.

2. पूजा बुकिंग

   • प्रत्येक पूजा किमान १५ दिवस आधी बुक करावी लागते; वेबसाईटवर गुरुजींच्या उपलब्ध तारखा व वेळाच दाखवल्या जातात.
   • बुकिंग निश्चित करण्यासाठी एकूण रकमेच्या ५०% आगाऊ रक्कम ऑनलाइन भरावी लागते; उर्वरित रक्कम पूजेच्या दिवशी, पूजा सुरू होण्यापूर्वी द्यावी.
   • गुरुजींच्या ठिकाणापासून २०० किमीपुढील घरगुती पूजांसाठी त्यापुढील प्रत्येक किमीला ₹३० प्रवास खर्च एकूण रकमेत जोडला जातो. अंतर पिनकोडवरून अंदाजे मोजले जाते.
   • पैसे भरताना निवडलेली वेळ १५ मिनिटे राखून ठेवली जाते; त्यात पेमेंट पूर्ण न झाल्यास ती वेळ इतरांसाठी खुली होते.
   • मुख्य यजमानाचे ओळखपत्र (आधार कार्ड) पूजेच्या वेळी आवश्यक आहे.
   • दिलेले नाव, मोबाईल नंबर, पत्ता व इतर तपशील अचूक असणे ही यजमानाची जबाबदारी आहे.

3. किंमती व पेमेंट

   • सर्व किंमती भारतीय रुपयांमध्ये (₹) आहेत आणि प्रत्येक पूजा, साहित्य व कुंडली प्लॅनसोबत वेबसाईटवर दाखवल्या आहेत.
   • ऑनलाइन पेमेंट Razorpay या सुरक्षित पेमेंट सेवेद्वारे (UPI, कार्ड, नेटबँकिंग, वॉलेट) होते. तुमच्या कार्ड किंवा बँकेचे तपशील आमच्याकडे साठवले जात नाहीत.
   • पूजा साहित्य व कुंडली ऑर्डरसाठी संपूर्ण रक्कम ऑर्डर करतानाच भरावी लागते.

4. रद्दीकरण, तारीख बदल व परतावा

   भरलेली रक्कम परत केली जात नाही (नॉन-रिफंडेबल). पूजेची तारीख व वेळ बदलून घेण्याचा पर्याय दिला जातो. संपूर्ण नियम आमच्या रद्दीकरण व परतावा धोरणात दिले आहेत.

5. पूजा, ज्योतिष व परिणाम

   पूजा, अनुष्ठान व कुंडली मार्गदर्शन हे शास्त्र, परंपरा व श्रद्धेवर आधारित आहे. त्यांचे फल श्रद्धा व इतर अनेक घटकांवर अवलंबून असल्याने कोणत्याही विशिष्ट परिणामाची हमी दिली जात नाही. कुंडली रिपोर्ट हे मार्गदर्शनासाठी आहेत; वैद्यकीय, कायदेशीर किंवा आर्थिक निर्णयांसाठी संबंधित तज्ज्ञांचा सल्ला घ्यावा.

6. आमची जबाबदारी

   आम्ही प्रत्येक सेवा प्रामाणिकपणे व शास्त्रोक्त पद्धतीने देण्याचा प्रयत्न करतो. आमच्या नियंत्रणाबाहेरील कारणांमुळे (उदा. नैसर्गिक आपत्ती, आजारपण, प्रवासातील अडथळे) सेवा देता न आल्यास आमची जबाबदारी पर्यायी तारीख देण्यापुरती किंवा भरलेली रक्कम परत करण्यापुरती मर्यादित आहे.

7. वेबसाईटचा वापर

   या वेबसाईटवरील मजकूर, मांडणी व चित्रे VedicKendra ची आहेत; परवानगीशिवाय त्यांचा व्यावसायिक वापर करू नये. चुकीची माहिती देऊन केलेले बुकिंग किंवा वेबसाईटच्या गैरवापराचा प्रयत्न आढळल्यास ते बुकिंग रद्द करण्याचा अधिकार आम्ही राखून ठेवतो.

8. कायदा व न्यायक्षेत्र

   या अटी भारतीय कायद्यानुसार आहेत. कोणताही वाद महाराष्ट्रातील न्यायालयांच्या कार्यक्षेत्रात येईल.

9. बदल व संपर्क

   या अटींमध्ये वेळोवेळी बदल होऊ शकतात; सध्याच्या अटी नेहमी या पानावर असतात. प्रश्न किंवा तक्रारीसाठी खाली दिलेल्या तक्रार निवारण अधिकाऱ्यांशी संपर्क साधा.

1. Our services

   VedicKendra offers:

   • Vedic pujas, anushthans and sanskars at your home, at Trimbakeshwar, Kashi and other tirthas, performed or guided by our guruji
   • Sale and home delivery of puja samagri
   • Janma Kundali and astrology reports (as a PDF)
   • Online Ved Pathshala classes (admission by enquiry)

   Temple VIP darshan or darshan passes are not part of our services.

2. Puja bookings

   • Every puja must be booked at least 15 days ahead; the website offers only the dates and times when the guruji is free.
   • A booking is confirmed when 50% of the total is paid online; the rest is paid on the day of the puja, before it begins.
   • Home pujas more than 200 km from the guruji's base add a travel charge of ₹30 for every km beyond that distance. The distance is estimated from PIN codes.
   • While you pay, the chosen time is held for 15 minutes; if the payment is not completed, the time is released.
   • The main yajman's photo ID (Aadhaar card) is required at the puja.
   • You are responsible for giving a correct name, mobile number, address and other details.

3. Prices and payment

   • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown on the website with each puja, product and Kundali plan.
   • Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a secure payment gateway (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We do not store your card or bank details.
   • Samagri and Kundali orders are paid in full when ordering.

4. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

   Amounts paid are not refundable. A puja can be moved to another date and time. The full rules are in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Pujas, astrology and results

   Pujas, anushthans and Kundali guidance are based on scripture, tradition and faith. Their results depend on faith and many other factors, so no particular outcome is guaranteed. Kundali reports are for guidance; for medical, legal or financial decisions, please consult a qualified professional.

6. Our responsibility

   We try to provide every service sincerely and as the scriptures prescribe. If a service cannot be provided for reasons beyond our control (for example a natural calamity, illness or travel disruption), our liability is limited to offering another date or refunding the amount paid.

7. Use of the website

   The text, design and images on this website belong to VedicKendra and may not be used commercially without permission. We may cancel bookings made with false information or as part of an attempt to misuse the website.

8. Governing law

   These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
