VedicKendra (Saiprasad Uday Dani यांच्याद्वारे चालवली जाणारी वेबसाईट) तुमच्या वैयक्तिक माहितीची गोपनीयता जपते. आम्ही कोणती माहिती घेतो, ती कशासाठी वापरतो आणि कशी सुरक्षित ठेवतो, हे या धोरणात दिले आहे. हे धोरण माहिती तंत्रज्ञान कायदा, २००० आणि डिजिटल वैयक्तिक डेटा संरक्षण कायदा, २०२३ यांना अनुसरून आहे.
आम्ही घेत असलेली माहिती
- पूजा बुकिंगसाठी: यजमानाचे नाव, मोबाईल नंबर, ईमेल (ऐच्छिक), गोत्र (ऐच्छिक), पूजेच्या ठिकाणाचा पत्ता व पिनकोड आणि तुम्ही दिलेल्या सूचना.
- पूजा साहित्य ऑर्डरसाठी: नाव, मोबाईल नंबर, ईमेल (ऐच्छिक) आणि डिलिव्हरीचा पत्ता.
- कुंडलीसाठी: नाव, लिंग, जन्म तारीख, जन्म वेळ, जन्म ठिकाण आणि तुमचा प्रश्न.
- पेमेंटसाठी: रक्कम, वेळ व Razorpay चा व्यवहार क्रमांक. तुमचे कार्ड, UPI किंवा बँकेचे तपशील थेट Razorpay कडे जातात; ते आमच्याकडे साठवले जात नाहीत.
- चौकशीसाठी तुम्ही फोन किंवा WhatsApp वर दिलेली माहिती.
माहितीचा वापर
- पूजा, साहित्य डिलिव्हरी व कुंडली रिपोर्ट या सेवा देण्यासाठी आणि त्यासंबंधी फोन, WhatsApp किंवा ईमेलने संपर्क साधण्यासाठी.
- गुरुजींच्या प्रवासाचे व वेळेचे नियोजन करण्यासाठी (पिनकोडवरून अंतर).
- पेमेंट, पावती व हिशेबाच्या नोंदींसाठी आणि कायद्याने आवश्यक असेल तेव्हा.
तुमची माहिती कधीही विकली जात नाही किंवा जाहिरातींसाठी दिली जात नाही.
माहिती कोणाला दिली जाते
सेवा देण्यासाठी आवश्यक तेवढीच माहिती खालील सेवा पुरवठादारांना दिली जाते:
- Razorpay — ऑनलाइन पेमेंटसाठी
- कुरिअर कंपनी किंवा भारतीय टपाल — साहित्य डिलिव्हरीसाठी (नाव, पत्ता, मोबाईल नंबर)
- वेबसाईट व डेटाबेस होस्टिंग सेवा — माहिती सुरक्षितपणे साठवण्यासाठी
याशिवाय कायद्याने किंवा सरकारी यंत्रणेने मागणी केल्यासच माहिती दिली जाते.
सुरक्षितता
वेबसाईट सुरक्षित (HTTPS) जोडणीवर चालते. बुकिंग व ऑर्डरची माहिती फक्त अधिकृत व्यवस्थापकांना, पासवर्ड व दोन-स्तरीय पडताळणीनंतरच पाहता येते. "माझ्या बुकिंग व ऑर्डर" पानावर मोबाईल नंबरने माहिती पाहताना पूर्ण पत्ता व जन्म तपशील लपवलेले असतात.
तुमच्या ब्राउझरमध्ये साठवलेली माहिती
साहित्य ऑर्डर यादी, "माझ्या बुकिंग व ऑर्डर" साठी मोबाईल नंबर आणि साहित्य तपासणी यादीतील खुणा फक्त तुमच्याच ब्राउझरमध्ये साठवल्या जातात. आम्ही जाहिरात, विश्लेषण (analytics) किंवा ट्रॅकिंग कुकीज वापरत नाही.
माहिती किती काळ ठेवली जाते
सेवा पूर्ण होईपर्यंत आणि त्यानंतर हिशेब, कर व कायदेशीर गरजांसाठी आवश्यक तेवढा काळ माहिती ठेवली जाते; त्यानंतर ती हटवली जाते.
तुमचे अधिकार
तुमची माहिती पाहण्याची, दुरुस्त करण्याची किंवा (कायदेशीर बंधने वगळता) हटवण्याची विनंती तुम्ही खाली दिलेल्या तक्रार निवारण अधिकाऱ्यांकडे करू शकता. दिलेली संमती तुम्ही कधीही मागे घेऊ शकता; मात्र त्यानंतर काही सेवा देता येणार नाहीत.
लहान मुलांची माहिती
आमच्या सेवा प्रौढांसाठी आहेत. नामकरण, कुंडली इत्यादींसाठी लहान मुलांची माहिती पालकांनीच द्यावी.

या धोरणात बदल झाल्यास तो या पानावर प्रसिद्ध केला जाईल.

VedicKendra, a website operated by Saiprasad Uday Dani, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it and how we keep it safe. It follows the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Information we collect
- For a puja booking: the yajman's name, mobile number, email (optional), gotra (optional), the address and PIN code of the puja place, and any note you add.
- For a samagri order: your name, mobile number, email (optional) and delivery address.
- For a Kundali report: name, gender, date, time and place of birth, and your question.
- For payments: the amount, time and Razorpay transaction reference. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay and are not stored by us.
- Anything you share with us by phone or on WhatsApp for an enquiry.
How we use it
- To provide the puja, samagri delivery and Kundali report, and to contact you about them by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To plan the guruji's travel and time (the distance from your PIN code).
- For payments, receipts and accounting records, and where the law requires.
We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to provide the service, with:
- Razorpay, for online payments
- Courier companies or India Post, for samagri delivery (name, address, mobile number)
- Our website and database hosting providers, to store information securely
Otherwise we disclose information only when the law or a government authority requires it.
Security
The website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. Booking and order details can be seen only by authorised administrators, after a password and two-factor sign-in. On the "My bookings and orders" page, which works with a mobile number, full addresses and birth details are hidden.
Information kept in your browser
Your samagri order list, the mobile number for "My bookings and orders" and the ticks on samagri checklists are kept only in your own browser. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep information while the service is being provided, and afterwards for as long as accounting, tax and legal requirements need it; then it is deleted.
Your rights
You may ask the grievance officer below to show, correct or (subject to legal obligations) delete your information. You can withdraw your consent at any time, though some services may then no longer be possible.
Children
Our services are for adults. Details of children (for example for a naming ceremony or a Kundali) should be given by a parent or guardian.

Any change to this policy will be published on this page.
