VedicKendra वरून ऑर्डर केलेले पूजा साहित्य संपूर्ण भारतात घरपोच पाठवले जाते. कुंडली रिपोर्ट WhatsApp वर PDF स्वरूपात दिला जातो आणि पूजा सेवा प्रत्यक्ष ठिकाणी दिल्या जातात.
डिलिव्हरीचे क्षेत्र
भारतातील सर्व पिनकोडवर कुरिअर किंवा भारतीय टपालाद्वारे डिलिव्हरी केली जाते. सध्या परदेशात डिलिव्हरी होत नाही.
पाठवण्याचा व पोहोचण्याचा कालावधी
- पेमेंटनंतर साधारण २ ते ३ कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत ऑर्डर पाठवली जाते. सिद्ध यंत्रे किंवा खास तयार केल्या जाणाऱ्या वस्तूंना ७ दिवसांपर्यंत लागू शकतात.
- पाठवल्यानंतर ठिकाणानुसार साधारण ३ ते ७ कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत पार्सल पोहोचते.
- सण, सुट्ट्या, हवामान किंवा कुरिअरच्या अडचणींमुळे उशीर होऊ शकतो.
डिलिव्हरी शुल्क
प्रत्येक वस्तूचे डिलिव्हरी शुल्क त्या वस्तूसोबत दाखवले आहे आणि ऑर्डर करताना एकूण रकमेत जोडले जाते. मौल्यवान वस्तू (उदा. १ मुखी रुद्राक्ष) विमा सुरक्षेसह पाठवल्या जातात.
ऑर्डरची स्थिती
पार्सल पाठवल्यावर कुरिअरचे नाव व ट्रॅकिंग क्रमांक "माझ्या बुकिंग व ऑर्डर" पानावर, ऑर्डर करताना दिलेल्या मोबाईल नंबरने पाहता येतो.
पत्ता व पार्सल स्वीकारणे
पूर्ण व अचूक पत्ता व पिनकोड देणे ही ग्राहकाची जबाबदारी आहे. पार्सल फुटलेले किंवा उघडलेले दिसल्यास ते स्वीकारू नका व लगेच आम्हाला कळवा. खराब किंवा चुकीच्या वस्तूंसाठी आमच्या रद्दीकरण व परतावा धोरणातील नियम लागू आहेत.
कुंडली रिपोर्ट
कुंडली रिपोर्ट पेमेंटनंतर साधारण ३ ते ५ कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत, ऑर्डर करताना दिलेल्या WhatsApp नंबरवर PDF स्वरूपात पाठवला जातो. रिपोर्ट पाठवल्यावर त्याची स्थिती "माझ्या बुकिंग व ऑर्डर" पानावर दिसते.
पूजा सेवा
पूजा व अनुष्ठान ही प्रत्यक्ष दिली जाणारी सेवा आहे: गुरुजी ठरलेल्या तारखेला व वेळेला तुम्ही निवडलेल्या ठिकाणी येतात, किंवा तीर्थक्षेत्री पूजा होते. यासाठी कोणतीही वस्तू पाठवली जात नाही; "साहित्यासह" पर्यायात पूजेचे साहित्य गुरुजी सोबत आणतात.

Puja samagri ordered on VedicKendra is delivered to your door anywhere in India. Kundali reports are sent as a PDF on WhatsApp, and pujas are performed in person at the chosen place.
Where we deliver
We deliver to every PIN code in India by courier or India Post. We do not ship outside India at present.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment. Siddha yantras and items prepared to order may take up to 7 days.
- After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the location.
- Festivals, holidays, weather or courier problems can cause delays.
Delivery charges
Each item's delivery charge is shown with the item and added to the total when you order. Valuable items (for example a 1 mukhi rudraksha) are sent insured.
Tracking your order
Once the parcel is dispatched, the courier name and tracking number appear on the "My bookings and orders" page, using the mobile number you ordered with.
Address and receiving the parcel
Giving a complete and correct address and PIN code is the customer's responsibility. If a parcel looks broken or opened, do not accept it and tell us at once. Damaged or wrong items are handled as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Kundali reports
Kundali reports are sent as a PDF to the WhatsApp number given when ordering, usually within 3–5 working days of payment. Once sent, the status shows on the "My bookings and orders" page.
Puja services
Pujas and anushthans are provided in person: the guruji comes to the place you chose on the booked date and time, or the puja takes place at the tirtha. Nothing is shipped for them; with the "with samagri" option, the guruji brings the samagri.
