रद्दीकरण व परतावा धोरण

1. पूजा व अनुष्ठान बुकिंग

   • यजमानाने पूजा रद्द केल्यास, पूजेला उपस्थित न राहिल्यास किंवा विचार बदलल्यास भरलेली आगाऊ रक्कम किंवा इतर कोणतीही रक्कम परत मिळत नाही.
   • तारीख बदल: गुरुजींच्या उपलब्धतेनुसार पूजेची तारीख व वेळ बदलून दिली जाते. त्यासाठी शक्य तितक्या लवकर फोन किंवा WhatsApp वर कळवा; भरलेली रक्कम नवीन तारखेसाठी ग्राह्य धरली जाते.
   • काशी, त्र्यंबकेश्वर व इतर तीर्थक्षेत्री होणाऱ्या पूजांनाही हेच नियम लागू आहेत.

2. आमच्याकडून पूजा रद्द झाल्यास

   अपरिहार्य कारणामुळे आमच्याकडून पूजा विधी रद्द करावा लागल्यास, तुमच्या इच्छेनुसार दुसरी तारीख दिली जाईल किंवा भरलेली संपूर्ण रक्कम (१००%) ७ कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत मूळ पेमेंट पद्धतीने (UPI, कार्ड किंवा बँक खाते) परत केली जाईल.

3. पूजा साहित्य ऑर्डर

   • पूजा साहित्य धार्मिक व वापरून संपणाऱ्या स्वरूपाचे असल्याने ऑर्डर रद्द करणे, वस्तू परत करणे किंवा परतावा मिळत नाही.
   • डिलिव्हरीत वस्तू तुटलेली, खराब किंवा चुकीची आल्यास, पार्सल मिळाल्यापासून ४८ तासांत, पार्सल उघडतानाच्या फोटो किंवा व्हिडिओसह WhatsApp वर कळवा — ती वस्तू विनामूल्य बदलून दिली जाईल.
   • चुकीच्या पत्त्यामुळे पार्सल परत आल्यास पुन्हा पाठवण्याचा खर्च ग्राहकाचा असेल.

4. कुंडली रिपोर्ट

   कुंडली रिपोर्ट तुमच्या जन्म तपशिलावरून खास तयार केला जात असल्याने पेमेंटनंतर तो रद्द करता येत नाही व परतावा मिळत नाही. जन्म तपशिलात चूक असल्यास रिपोर्ट तयार होण्यापूर्वी WhatsApp वर कळवा.

5. वेद पाठशाळा

   वेद पाठशाळेच्या प्रवेश व दक्षिणेसाठी पाठशाळेच्या पानावरील स्वतंत्र नियम लागू आहेत.

6. अयशस्वी पेमेंट

   पेमेंट करताना खात्यातून पैसे कापले गेले पण बुकिंग किंवा ऑर्डर निश्चित झाली नाही, तर ती रक्कम Razorpay कडून साधारण ५ ते ७ कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत आपोआप तुमच्या खात्यात परत जाते. तसे न झाल्यास पेमेंटच्या तपशिलासह आमच्याशी संपर्क साधा.

Cancellation and Refund Policy — last updated 18 October 2026

1. Puja and anushthan bookings

   • An advance or any other amount paid is not refunded if the yajman cancels, does not attend or changes their mind.
   • Rescheduling: the date and time of a puja can be changed, subject to the guruji's availability. Please tell us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp; the amount paid is carried over to the new date.
   • The same rules apply to pujas at Kashi, Trimbakeshwar and other tirthas.

2. If we cancel

   If we have to cancel a puja for unavoidable reasons, you may choose another date or a full (100%) refund of the amount paid, made to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) within 7 working days.

3. Samagri orders

   • Puja samagri is religious and consumable, so orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
   • If an item arrives broken, damaged or wrong, tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or a video of the parcel being opened, and we will replace it free of charge.
   • If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, sending it again is charged to the customer.

4. Kundali reports

   A Kundali report is prepared specially from your birth details, so it cannot be cancelled or refunded once paid. If your birth details contain a mistake, tell us on WhatsApp before the report is prepared.

5. Ved Pathshala

   Admission and fees for the Ved Pathshala follow the separate rules on the Pathshala page.

6. Failed payments

   If money was debited but the booking or order was not confirmed, Razorpay returns it to your account automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. If it does not, contact us with the payment details.
